Looking to attach a Canon 5d MkII to my BHS, Anyone know where I can find one?

There is one Olympus Photomicro Adapter L on eBay UK, item 111127196208 (including a PM-ADF and an FK 3.3x photo eyepiece that you could sell).

And another one in the USA, item 281146124764 (seriously over-priced).

I have one that appears to have never been used, in the original box. I got this to use with my Olympus SZH and BX40 scopes, but ended up going with a different camera setup. I can sell this for $125 (my purchase price) plus shipping. I am located in Oregon, USA.
