Lighting

Post by gypsey »

I should like to get suggestions for providing lighting for focussing purposes only on a horizontal rig for magnifications up +/5. I imagine a similar question has been asked in the past, but I cannot find the answer on the site.

One or two LED lamps like the Ikea Jansjö will do the work because it is both tiny and enough powerfull

Thanks Pau. In the absence of any other suggestions I will probably go for the Jansjo.

I can't see why any desk lamp would not work.
I use a $20.00 20 watt halogen lamp for everything up to 60x.
