are these CFI objectives? and are they good for micro photo? thanks in advance

They don't look like current generation objectives, but yes, I'm pretty sure these will be CF. They're labeled as infinity, so intended for use with a tube lens of probably 200 mm focal length. They're also labeled for use with no cover glass. The 5X and 20X would work OK with cover glass also, but the 100X NA 0.90 will give huge aberrations if you use cover glass.

The 5X will be easy to use. If you can unscrew that outer collar you might get better uniformity across the field (see HERE). The 20X is getting a bit short of working distance but with that thin conical tip it should still be feasible to illuminate around. The 100X will be difficult to use because there's not enough working distance to illuminate around it from the front.
