Dear all,
I've seen a book recently about seeds, made with an electron scanning microscope. I thought this would be a great idea for a focus stacking sunday afternoon.
I found some seeds in my garden, this is the result. I hope you like it.
Jml and Nikon cfi, Nikon D2x, Zerene stacker.
Pseudofumaria lutea
Hyoscyamus nige
Papaver somniferum
Silene dioica

Great photo's, interesting subjects.
A welcome change from the usual insects.
I like the structure of last one.
Any info on the lighting and mounting/staging techniques you used to make these?

The setup was the same as in this topic

Using my magic box, two flashes from behind and one in front. A small white plastic box was used as a diffuser.
