The horizontal stereo images just look so "small" at 1024 pixels so I've put a somewhat larger version here:

An excellent example of the stereo removing optical ambiguity of the 2D image. Even being a regular mushroom hunter, my eyes want to perceive a thick, wooly structure protruding into the 2D frame for bottom right. The stereo immediately shows it as the stem/stipe.
