Mount Etna

Post by microcollector »

Although I have only seen from the decks of the USS Truxtun CGN-35 in 1986 when we were in the Med, it has become one of my favorites because of live cameras the show the frequent summit eruption at the New Southeast Crater. These captures are from the currently ongoing eruption.

Hello

Last year (august 2011), Etna was very nervous.
I stayed one week in Zafferana Etnea and two times, the volcano has produced lava flow.

Etna, Stromboli... these volcanoes are very accessible.
