Taking the ....

Post by puzzledpaul »

As soon as I heard this (on radio news) I couldn't help but laugh :)

Nothing to do with photography (other than possibly a certain type of snake) ... but it won't take a genius to work out what title any newspaper covering this is likely to be?

(before hearing details I wondered how the perp. was going to get a 2-3 m long s/steel one out of the venue ... 'cos of high scrap metal prices atm)

After drinking all that beer the poor chap probably didn't think he would hold out till he got home, so was just taking precautions!

More likely a plumber with a job requiring one!

If there is a way to unscrew anything, somebody will steal it

Dunno about 'weak' ... I'd suggest non-existantant, since only 'a few sips' from half a pint seem to have been downed.

Don't even think it was particularly cold in Hampshire on Fri, either :)
