Fascinating image and details. Thanks for uploading.

Mirrors first caught my attention when I was knee-high to a grasshopper, around the time when I was initially attempting to grasp the concept of 'eternity'.

My mother had a dressing table with three mirrors. The two outer mirrors were on hinges, like wings, you could fold them so they were pointing at each other......the result was reflection X reflection X reflection....ad infinitum (apparent). It was like a visual gateway to another dimension, yet you could reach out and touch the backing board of each 'wing'.

I saw an image recently where a 'shift' lens was used to take a photograph of a mirror, thus avoiding the reflection of the camera and photographer....I'll need to do a memory recall and find the example.
