Wanted: female M40x0.75 (Copal #1) to male M42 adapter

I'm not sure such an adapter exists but you never know.

M40x0.75 (Copal #1) to M39 would be OK too.

It's to fit a Tominon lens with an m40x0.75 male thread which normally fits into a Copal #1 shutter. I'd like to use the lens in a normal m42 bellows.

Thanks
JJ

Check this one out :) :

Internal female thread is of M40 X 0.75, external male thread is M42.
.... objectives that use the M40 X 0.75 mount (photars, Tominon, etc)

Thanks Craig

The picture looks confusing, or unclear, but the description sounds right. I think I'll have to buy it and see.

Thanks
JJ

JJ,

That piece on eBay from jinfinance should do the trick. He stocks and makes a number of obscure adapters especially suited to our purposes.
