Seed pod with JML 26mm

Post by elf »

This seed pod is about 2mm in diameter and 5mm long. The image is just a single frame 163 images deep. It was also cropped about 30% for composition. Bellows extension ranged from 100mm to 50mm.

elf,

Was this a DMap, PMax or a combination of both?

Looks like this magnification is approaching or has passed beyond the resolving power of the lens?

I can't see any CA in there.

The effective aperture is around 15X and with the 7.5 megapixel sensor is definitely in the diffraction limited zone. Magnification change from the front of the stack to the rear is 3.2X to 1X.

Note: All numbers are rough estimates :)

p.s. This is PMax
