I just found this forum but have been hanging out a while at a micro four thirds forum since I finally took the plunge into a digital system camera from my old 35mm SLR system; obviously a micro four thirds system. I'm amazed at all the technology in consumer cameras now.
I'm a Research Microscopy Specialist for Leica Microsystems, and started with them when it was Leitz Wild. I'm sure there are many here more familiar with some of the vintage products but, nevertheless, I might be able to help some times and would be happy to do so.
I worked in research labs, doing light and electron microscopy before joining a Leica dealer. I've always found macro photography interesting and hope to get back into it again, with my camera equipment.
