Fine/coarse focus rack

Post by PaulFurman »

I just ran across this, which seems like a good deal, overstock presumably, $65 for a $200 part. Not something I need right now, it's a little narrow to mount a camera/bellows onto, and no indication how fine the steps are but coarse plus fine focus might be be handy.

The Edmund link says that fine movement is 0.11 mm per rotation, with only 1 mm travel. Coarse is listed as 15 mm per rotation, with 20 mm travel.
