I gave up trying to time the splash of a water drop with my press of the shutter. I was too lazy to set of the tripod, I was just hand holding the camera. I think I'll try a drop of milk next time - or maybe motor oil or maybe honey - but that's for another time.
Since, I wanted to keep playing around with my Canon 100mm Macro lens, I thought, maybe I can capture a water drip from the faucet. Still hand-held. I was using a Canon ring flash on my 40D.
Here's what I got.
I was kinda pleased, but I'm just a rookie at this macro stuff. What do you think?
