The stamen consists of the anther plus the filament. (The filament is the 'stalk' where the anther is sitting on top).
In your other picture (Geranium pollen on anther) it's hard to tell without an overview. But unless the pollen isn't actually adhering to the one of the lobes of the 5-lobed stigma (that we see free from pollen above,) it then appears to be on an anther, (The pollen is set free from the anther when the wall of the anther ruptures.)

Well, I think that isn't all too bad, as long as one doesn't confuse things when it comes to one's own species' "sexy bits".I'm completely confused when it comes to flower's sexy bits!
