At least that's what I assume it is, pretty sure it's a honey bee and as far as I know we only have this species, please let me know if that's wrong!

I found this one acting very lethargic on the lawn the other day so didn't feel too bad freezing her...

The eyes look too big, the hairs too abundant/coarse and the mandibles, from what I can see, are not the naked chisels of the honeybee. I believe something similar was posted a week or two ago.

Almost seems like a blend of natural and man made materials - the eye and the band behind it look like something off a speaker dome, funky :)
