Here is a cousin for your hopper. I dip several live ones out of the pool each day as well as some dead ones.

I used to get a lot of much bigger ones but a family of garter snakes in our flower garden keeps them under control.

That blue bubbled plastic makes for quite a contrasting background there Jim, sets of the colors of the frog quite nicely. Very Happy You know when I lived in the great State of Arkansas, my landlord there had a very large swimming pool. One morning we awoke to find a Whitetailed Deer in it! Shocked Still very much alive but could not get out due to the tiled surfaces around the pool. Eventually a rope was put around the deer and it was pulled out with an ATV and then set free. Laughing
