This must be Lestes parvidens, Eastern Willow Spreadwing.
In Croatia you are fortunate to have both this species and it's western counterpart, Lestes viridis. Details on the female and the rather brownish pterostigma (wing markings) suggest the eastern species.
All your pictures show what I think is rather young individuals.
