Shellac ringing cement

A bit of an odd question. NBS used to sell it but it is defunct - has anyone any spare or still makes it?

Brunel Microscopes sell black, white, gold and clear ringing cements, but I do not know if they are based on shellac.

You can also use (clear) nail varnish. However, it does not look as fancy as ringing cement.
