Nikon D7200, Optiphot, single shot, Nikon MPlan 10x, DF/Oblique/Pol-X/retarders, using converted Abbe 1.25 condenser, Optiphot modular light source, polarizing assembly, Humer 150 nasal spray (isotonic sea water)

Thanks, James, works OK, only one change in the future - sliding LED plate (horizontally, most probably) instead removable. Another thing (implemented already) - removed one temporary LED and attached two 60x60mm heat sinks on both sides instead - now on the max they are barely warm.

Very nice lighting, I'm surprised that sea water may make those acicular crystals.

Thanks, Pau, I was testing a new DF/Oblique/Polarisation/Rheinberg conversion kit for the standard Nikon 1.25 Abbe condenser, results are very promising, going to write a separate post about it.

I was surprised also. It was just one small blob on the whole slide ...
