These are such beautiful photos. I only wish that you would always include some minimal information about the techniques and objectives/lenses for each of these inspiring images.

Just... wow. I agree with Lou, I'd really appreciate at least a brief note about the objectives and illumination for these images. In the meantime, I drool.

Super pictures, again :)

I believe you are using afocal method, yes?
When you change from Zeiss to Nikon, do you change eyepieces?

I apologize if you have already covered this!

Yes, I'm still doing it afokal, I do not change my glasses.
I have Chinese glasses 10X/20 with a rejected pupil.
I use Nikon CFWN 10X/20 glasses only for DIC.

Spectacular images, thank you Jacek!

What lightsource do you use for UV excitation? Do you excite through the objective or from the side?

Kind regards
Peter

Thanks :)

I use fluorescence on two microscopes. On one FL epi (LED lighting 3W 365 nm (UV) and 460 nm (blue)).
On the second one I have FL dia, one diode 365 nm on it, a converted condenser, enlarging the diode + UG5 filter and barrier filter.
In addition, for small magnifications (10X lens and small) I use two illuminators that I have made (365 LEDs + UG5 excitation filters) - this solution is very efficient lighting.
