I use fluorescence on two microscopes. On one FL epi (LED lighting 3W 365 nm (UV) and 460 nm (blue)).
On the second one I have FL dia, one diode 365 nm on it, a converted condenser, enlarging the diode + UG5 filter and barrier filter.
In addition, for small magnifications (10X lens and small) I use two illuminators that I have made (365 LEDs + UG5 excitation filters) - this solution is very efficient lighting.
