Stellate Trichrome in spider silk

Solved the sticky spider web problem when handling this egg case. I dipped the tweezers (2 pair) in Xylol and coated the edge of a razor blade with Xylol to shave some of the web off of the egg case.





The lack of sharpness in the first image is due to the diffusion through multiple layers of silk.

Stellate Trichrome is not a spider but a kind of plant bristle.
