Nikon DIC hunting (many questions...)

after over a year of searching, puzzling together piece by piece I have completed the Nikon Eclipse E600 DIC microscope

I’ve recently started searching for a similar setup. If you had it to do again, would you build the same machine?

Also, would you mind sharing the parts list?

The transmited DIC system for the Microphot is similar to the Optiphot, it used an Universal condenser with DIC prism for 20x, 40x and 100x, that system is not flexible because that prisms will work only with Nikon Plan achromat objectives marked DIC (the Plan Apo are not supported).

I use APO objectives with my Optiphot DIC setup with no problems. Might not be incredible images but I'm happy with them based on my skill level. Am I missing something?

I use APO 20X Nikon in DIC Nikon Microphot and, in my opinion, it works very well.
In this video the last part (from 1:10 to end) is filmed with that configuration
