Interesting pictures. The ant pupa looks like it has a mite sucking on it!

Beautiful pics, "Fingerprint Ant and pupa" is an amazing capture with that mite on the pupa!

Thank you so much for these fantastic photographs. Having only just joined (as I do not like social media) this website is so full of interest I do not where to start. It is so good that I can take my time to study your photographs here. I am impressed by how you have judged the depth of field to optimise your subjects. Suspect f/11 with flash but has stacking or depth bracketing been used?
