I'm new to macro so this might be a stupid question but how can you hand hold a stacked focus shot of 14 images?

Hi Olyn

In this case i was on my hands and knees with both elbows on the ground. Fix your axis by centering on part of the subject and then with the shutter release held down, slowly move through the subject. Most cameras run at least 5 frames per second, many more than that.
