Hi there,
Here is the result of tonights work
This is pollen from a Tulip
70 image stack with an unnamed 20x objective.
20x + 2x on the adapter should give 40x on the sensor

Nicely done Harald.
I still haven't tried pollen, but now spring is arriving I will give it a try.
