Yes, I think the same, but it has intracellular particles or other attached bacteria that rotate with it

SOLVED ENIGMA!
In this video we observe a rare phenomenon
of particles surrounding the body of spiral bacteria
moving around them.
(Any information on this phenomenon is appreciated)
