Hello fellows, thought I would share these recent shots I have been stacking. The diatom is marine and was collected during my vacation in Islamorada, Florida. Out of a full bottle of sea water, this was all I managed to find. At least he was alive, but somewhat a disappointment that I could not find anything else. I have the bottle under a grow light now to see if somethings comes to life.

Very nice!
Islamorada must have offered very different weather to collect in!

Nice set! WI = water immersion i suppose. (not another kind of type designation)

Best regards,

Walter

Hej Håkan,

wow, those are really beautiful! Very serene! I always end up with too many subjects in the viewfinder, which makes my photos too messy, but you really managed to clean the photos nicely!

Best regards,
Björn

Thank you all for you comments!

Yes, Islamorada was nice! Here it is 0 degrees F at the moment. WI is indeed the designation for Water Immersion. Used a UplanSAPO 60X/1.2 WI.
