Shot some stacks of a Cyclopoida with different light setups.

Nearly crossed pol + DF (5x)


Same plus a Jansjö with diffusor


Fluo 1:


Fluo 2:


Very oblique, not fully crossed pol (10x):


And pol + jewel case retarder

It's just the transparent plastic of a CD case used as a lambda plate between the pol filters. Way cheaper, and fun for non-scientific purposes.
