I am not as skilled as you are with special lenses and violet lasers - but I realy like the idea - test with a shorter wavelength.

That is a good place to start. A truly monochromatic light (green or blue or violet laser, despeckled with milk, or very-narrow-band LED) would be good since it would eliminate all CA. If you like what you see, the next step would be the cooled monochrome astrocamera, which would increase resolution by not throwing away half or 3/4 of your pixels, and would greatly lower noise. These are no longer very expensive.
