Picture 4 is the blue emission from the set zeiss epi-fluorescence, cube: 450-490, 510, 520. The remaining photos are UV, filter excitation 365 um, barrier: 400 um

Thx for the explanation Jacek. Fluorescence is fascinating, the results are completely different from any other illumination technique. The 365 nm (led) you mentioned is also one of the wavelengths of the hbo-100 mercury lamp with the highest intensity peaks. (http://zeiss-campus.magnet.fsu.edu/arti ... ryarc.html),as I undersand.
