Hello everyone.
A small observation last night.
This is a well-known insect the gendarme "Pyrrhocoris apterus"
Lighting with two LED lights placed on each side of the microscope.

Quite an interesting specimen with the appearance of having a rather leathery looking exoskeleton. Very sharp and detailed, nice!
