The last picture from the first series is Staurastrum, quite common in my area.

Natural samples from dystrophic lake. Unfortunately, over 100 km from the house.
Although Micrasterias rotata and crux melitensis find a nearby place of residence, but in small quantities

May I know the illumination methods? They appear to be mostly DIC and a few fluorescence.
