John, for your comfort, you have also to consider a zoom that doesn't go longer when you change focal distance, all optical elements have to move internally.
Instead of the Olympus 40-150mm f/2.8, the Panasonic Lumix G X Vario 45-175 F/4-F/5.6 will also do the job.
