Very nice, Marek! Great composition.
Is that a single image or a stack? Darkfield + pol with full wave length retarder, I am guessing? Thank you for sharing!

It was a stack. Yes, the technique of illumination was DF + Pol. It is my favourite combination :) The technical quality is not perfect (sharpness) because I used MS Plan objective which should work without the cower sleep and in epi illumination. I was simply experimenting with it.
