Very nice, and very useful. Thanks! I've been into the BH2 heads a couple of times. It's nice to see I didn't do anything too foolish! It does look like I need to change screwdrivers though.

It's tempting to use regular old Phillips drivers, but resist that urge. What's bad is that in the Olympus BHS repair manual ( the old PDF that's out there) they even call them Phillips drivers. But if you have any doubt, look for the dot on the head.
