They look very nice. Please let us know how you made them, lighting techniques, ect.

Were they made with plain transmitted brightfield and darkfield, or some other ways?

I used a Nikon Ph3 40x 0.65 DL objective in DF for the last image. The first was simply inverted in Photoshop CC. Thought it was interesting.

I am guessing stacking in green-mono brightfield and digitally invert to artificial darkfield may get you even better images.

Green light should help most visible light objectives, especially achromats. Will help apos too, due to higher resolution provided by shorter wavelength. In the 3rd Darkfield image, on that piece on the right, you can see a little bit CA, which should disappear in green light.

Darkfield or phase usually does not go as well with stacking, compared to brightfield or DIC.
