These showed up a few days ago. Hard to pin down, constant movement. I managed a couple of stills and a video.

That's a Cryptomonas. They are everywhere albeit generally in low numbers. They can make sudden 'escape'jumps, due to the rows of ejectosomes visible in your second image.
