Curious and strange, for me, ciliate with "tail".
I do not know the correct identification of this ciliate and I thank you for your correct identification.
The quality of the video is very poor but, I think, we can get an idea of the morphology

Looks like a rotifer to me. I see what appears to be a toe.

Nice. :) It is certainly a cyrtophorian ciliate, and might be a dysteriid (Trochilia, Orthotrochilia, Dysteria, etc.). However, if the "podite" (that tail-like structure) is dorsal (hard to tell, at this magnification) it could also be a chlamydodontid (e.g. Chilodonella acuta).

Thanks Bruce for your help.

The quality of the video is quite poor given the small size of the ciliary (no more than 20?m). I think, by size, that it could be Trochilia
