Brightfield/Fluorescence comparison

Post by Charles Krebs »

Sometimes I just like to see the visual difference when the same subject is photographed in "simple" brightfield and then auto-fluorescence. The images are not all that special but it is interesting to compare them.

Fluorescence revealed great details of the eye and internal structures. Great imaging!

Beautiful images, Charles.
Seems like they're complimentary; each observation technique highlighting its own details.
