Mosquito larvae

During spring time mosqutio larvae are very abundant. One might find them in any net-collection of any typ of fresh water. Later during the year they become more exclusive, maybe due to an increasing number of predators in their breeding-sites. Howsoever, here I present some portraits of spring-collected mosquito larvae:
