A particle from air sample, probably a smut fungi spore ball, more than 90 microns diameter, stained with Lugol's iodine, mounted in CytoSeal, 100x objective.

Nicely done. Interesting too - how does one collect an "air sample" (or perhaps more accurately, the things floating in an air sample)?

Well I'll be! I half expected something involving complex machinery with air pumps, dust traps and graded filters etc. Gotta love simple solutions! Thanks.
