Harar (Ethiopia) Coin

Post by austrokiwi1 »

I have just been trying out a new PC( with 4k monitor) This shot is a 19th-century coin from the city of Harar. Diameter 6mm. Magnification 2.7X lens reversed Schneider Kreuznach Apo-Componon 40/2.8 HM. It was produced from a stack of 29 images ( Dmap) Camera Sony A7Rii. Processing time from uncompressed raw to Tiff( for all 29 images) < 2minutes). Zerene was slightly slower( I didn't measure) This type of coin was produced from shell casings) In the full sized final image the Verdigris crystals look attractive.
