Cyanobacteria in a jar

In this video we see a jar with a sample of freshwater taken from a pond
A cyanobacteria has grown on the more illuminated jar wall.
We assume that it belongs to Geitlerinema genus
We have tried to make see the movement of this cyanobacter
Objectives 4X, 40X and 100X
Semi-polarized oblique light and phase contrast
