Do you know the name

Hi Members
I came across this 'thing' whilst looking at some water from a dyke that runs near our house. There were other bits and pieces in the specimin but I have not come across this one before.
Can anyone tell me the correct title for this water creature?

Looks like a rotifer, with the mastax visible. Which species of rotifer I'm not sure.

Though we lean upon the same balustrade, the colours of the mountain are different.
