Cool video of tadpole embryo development

Just found this very cool looking video of tadpole embryo cell division.

Not that I have seen. Oe of the challenges of these time-lapse movies is to not let the subject overheat under the lights.

Yep, control for temperature, oxygen in the water and all of this while not moving the subject too much. Also high depth of field suggests some stacking.
The first few divisions when you see ripples in cells are something incredible.

I don't think its stacking. Many fine time lapse films of amphibian development were made back in the film days. This video was probably taken through a dissecting microscope at relatively low power.

I agree, not stacked. The falloff in sharpness is too gradual, and nothing is very sharp. Single exposures with narrow aperture.
