Could be minibuses round a leopard kill, from the International Space Station :lol:

Yes, those look like bacteria, if image was taken with your 40x or 20x objective.

Scale? Ack!
Erm, small.. I knew I should have read that post on figuring out scale *gets out measuring tape* :roll:
taken @400x and is a very small patch in the FOV and had to enhance it a lot.
Anyway, it wouldn't be a Leopard kill, there's no tree there.
