Really nice images!

2 and 3 look to be Gloeoitrichia. It is a cyanobacteria.

Hi there

The first image looks more like a Diptera larva then a worm to me (maybe Rhagionidae or Athericidae (or something else), but I do not know wheter these flys have aquatic larvae).

Excellent images BTW
