I'm getting old and my eyes and brain don't always connect as they should. I thought that one of my shots showed the vestigial wing tubes that flies have. I just went back to take another look and it wasn't there.

This is a moth that is mimicking a stinging wasp. I don't know the species.

We also have the Stinging Moth it mimics in our yard. :)
