Hello Olivier,

I agree with Bernhard. You can even see the characteristic striped pellicula and this fact demonstrates the good resolution - of what? Of the camera or the objective? What do the other experts here think? What is the aperture of your 40x objective, Olivier?

with the proper setting,this "microcular" is not so bad...
the N.A is classic 0.65,X40 planachromat.(brand:paralux).
